As a health care professional myself, I understand.

We may hide our wounding, feel like an imposter, develop an addiction, or be overcome by anxiety and depression as a result of caring too much and not valuing (yet alone acknowledging) our own wounds. 

The truth is, we become health care professionals, mentors, and teachers because of our wounding. It's only through this acknowledging and valuing our own precious scars that we can truly know empathy and compassion. And it's here that we find profound healing and a deeper wisdom and appreciation for the human condition.

I specialize in helping The Wounded Healer - a term Carl Jung set forth based on the ancient Greek legend of Asclepius, a physician who in identification of his own wounds, creates a sanctuary at Epidaurus in order to treat others. My clients are people who find power in leaning into their suffering, instead of resisting it. You’ve got to feel it to heal it!

My approach to psychotherapy aims to get to the root of your suffering, while finding deeper meaning & purpose in your role as a healer and beyond.

We do this through a combination of depth therapy, existential therapy, and Jungian oriented therapy - paired with a number of highly effective mind-body medicine techniques. In addition, I make referrals to other holistic and alternative practitioners when I see an opportunity for my clients to further support and integrate the shifts they are making.

We get real, and we go deep. My approach is only for those who are ready to work and determined to experience deep transformation.
