"I have been working with Elizabeth for many years as I first met her as a group substance abuse leader for court-ordered treatment. I then sought her out in private practice for one-on-one sessions.
In our initial work together, she referred me to an EMDR practitioner to address childhood traumas, and the results were amazing. I can't thank her enough for that life-changing referral. We continue to address a multitude of relationship and substance abuse issues as she is highly skilled and experienced in a variety of settings. Her direct, caring, and authentic approach has taught me self-worth and to set boundaries.
Currently she co-facilitates a mens group where I am still discovering new benefits and techniques i.e. breathwork, meditation, biofeedback. I would highly recommend Elizabeth as a mental health professional, particularly in the area of substance abuse and recovery considering her depth of clinical experience. She is progressive and non-judgmental making you feel unique and safe."
